Who are we?
City of Hanford Parks and Community Services Department is proud to welcome back our community a holiday experience of an outdoor ice rink located in our historic Civic Park. There will be Live Music and Beer Garden brought to you by Main Street Hanford on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Nights. Ice skating lessons, hockey lessons, ice programs and holiday attractions will be apart of the Winter Wonderland Magic!

Public Skate/ Facility Policies
No running or horseplay
No Freestyle (Jumps or spins) is allowed on Public Skate
No stick or puck (ball) play allowed
Hanford’s Winter Wonderland Ice Rink is a non-smoking facility
Skating in a manner that endangers or interferes with other skaters safety or pleasure is strictly forbidden
Roughness, excessive speeding or weaving through other skaters is prohibited
No tag or games of any kind are permitted on the ice
No more than two people can skate together
No one is permitted on the ice without skates
Skaters are not allowed to carry children or secondary items such as cameras, cell phones, handbags, etc while skating. Skaters are not permitted to where earphones when skating.
Patrons must not sit, lean over, or leave articles on the dasher boards
Exits are to be kept clear at all times
Incidents or malicious behavior or destruction are to be reported to the manager/supervisor immediately
Throwing snowballs or any object is strictly prohibited
Hanford’s Winter Wonderland Ice Rink is not responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises
Parents are responsible to watch their own children at all times. Children ages 13 years and younger cannot be left unattended.
Skates are to be worn only on the ice or in areas covered by protective flooring
Ice aids (walkers) are the only aids allowed on the ice during sessions and are only to be used by beginning skaters.
No food or drink allowed on the ice at any time
Do not pick holes, chop, or alter/damage the ice in any way.
Only skate in the announced direction
Children under the age of 12 years must not be left unsupervised in the ice rink. A non-skating parent must be on the premises. No-Drop off policy.
All skaters must pay and/or sign in BEFORE going on the ice
Anyone caught stealing or defacing City or Ice Rink property will lose skating privileges and/or be ejected from the facility
*Violation of any of these rules may result in suspension of skating privileges and/or ejection from the facility.
